Rita joined Retirement Strategies, LLC as an account administrator in 1999. She is responsible for preparing trust tax returns, auditing employee benefit plans, preparing benefit allocations, completing annual compliance testing of retirement plans, participant distributions, plan terminations and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.

As part of the continuing professional education program for Retirement Strategies, Rita is pursuing her Qualified Pension Administrator designation.

During her tenure as an under-graduate student in accounting, Rita received several awards and honors relating to her academic success, such as Golden Key Honor Society and inclusion in Who's Who in American Junior Colleges.

My favorite mentors are my parents for always encouraging me in whatever I do.
